Main Responsibilities
- Student age: Adults (18+)
- Class Size: 1 on 1, 1 on 4, 1 on 10-12 students c)
- Woking hours: 25 teaching hrs, 10 office hours per week; 2 days off (weekdays)
- Working shift: 9/10am-5/6pm OR 1/2pm-9/10pm
- Class teaching , preparation and relative work
- Accomplish assignments allocated by head teacher
- Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
- Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving Maintain good relationship with class member and colleagues
Compensation
- Salary ranging: 12000-18000rmb/month depending on qualification
- Housing allowance: 1500-3000rmb/month depending on qualification and city
- Quarterly performance bonus of 2500rmb depending on performance
- Air ticket allowance: 8000rmb/year
- Contract renewal bonus of 3000-6000rmb
- Open class bonus of 200rmb per new student
- 10 days annual leave, 11 Chinese public holidays, 1 day Christmas
- Prepaid TEFL course (Optional)
- 7 days hotel reimbursement
- Insurance: Health and accident insurance provided
- Reimbursement: Up to 6000rmb visa application fee reimbursement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- TEFL certificate 120 or above required
- Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
- 1 year teaching experience required
- Enthusiastic, positive, willing to learn and a good team player
- Patient, creative and passionate in teaching
