Main Responsibilities

  • Student age: 1~8
  • Class size: 20-30 students
  • Teaching hours: generally 25 hour (100 teaching hours per month)
  • 2 days off per week (weekday or weekend)
  • Class teaching , preparation and relative work
  • Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager
  • Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
  • Student activities
  • Parents meetings
  • Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving
  • Maintain good relationship with class member and their parents

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: 13,000~18,000 RMB/month
  • Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB ~ 3,000 RMB
  • 5,000RMB reimbursement for document  authentications, including: work visa, residence permit and medical checkup fees
  • Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: 6,000 RMB
  • Contract renewal bonus: 5,000RMB
  • Medical and Accident Insurance provided
  • Up to 5 days free hotel provided to settle down in the city
  • Free upfront flight ticket for recent graduates in 2018/2019: Optional
  • 11 days public holiday/year, 2 days off/ week

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • TEFL certificate 120 or above required
  • Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland
  • 1 year teaching experience required
  • Enthusiastic, positive, willing to learn and a good team player
  • Patient, creative and passionate in teaching
