Job Description

You will work in a language training centre typically during the afternoons-evenings of weekdays plus weekends. The majority of your students will be young learners so an active and fun approach is fundamental. The syllabus and textbooks are all provided but we encourage you to deliver the material in the way that suits your teaching style!  

  • 20-25 teaching hours a week (no office hours!)
  • Students aged between 3-18
  • 5-day working weeks
  • Ongoing teacher training

Compensation

  • 15,000 – 17,000 RMB / month (before tax)
  • Housing allowances 2,500 RMB / month
  • Full attendance bonus 500 RMB / month
  • Contract Renewal Bonus
  • Year End Bonus
  • Ongoing training and support throughout employment& after
  • Medical insurance
  • Salary Advance upon arrival
  • Sponsored work Z visa and settlement support
  • Optional online masters degree (FREE with 2 year contract)
  • 120 hour in-house TEFL course (FREE with 2 year contract)

Requirements

  • We’re looking for native English speakers from UK，USA，Canada，Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
  • Bachelor’s degree holder (Any subject)
  • Age: must meet Chinese work visa requirements 
  • One year of teaching experience preferred (Not necessary)  
  • TEFL certificate (any number of hours) 
  • Passion for education
